Our Cancellation Policy
Due to the overwhelming number of late cancellations and no showed appointments, all grooming appointments will require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel, to avoid an additional charge.
Customers who cancel under 24 hours will be required to pay a $20.00 late cancellation fee upon their next visit.
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointments or cancel on the same day, will be required to pay for half (50%) of that missed groom upon their next visit.
If a customer does not show up for two scheduled grooms, they will be required to pre-pay for both missed appointments (50% of each missed groom) and the full amount for the next groom before being booked.
Cancellations due to emergencies will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
